Terms and Conditions

1. All prices are subject to distance and area.
2. Cancellations acceptable 72 hours before the travel date.
3. 25% charge if cancelled 24 hrs before travel.
4. No refunds for same day cancellation.
5. Child seat for new born or under 4’s available on request with the booking or can be added later but £15 charge for each child seat.
6. Booster seat is free but if need more than one must be mentioned in advance.
7. Waiting time for minibus is £30 per hour and car £20 per hour.
8. Airport drop of charge is included in the price.
9. Pick up price only includes price for journey parking and waiting is charged separately on top of the fare.
10. On pickups waiting is free for the first 10 minutes of pickup time on booking.
11. Usually pickup time is given after the flight lands. For international arrivals we recommend 90mins after the flight land and 60mins for European flights.
12. Extra stops are charged separately if not mentioned in the booking.
13. Always mention in your booking number of baggage allowance.
14. Baggage in the boot free, anything other than baggage (boxes/cycle/tv/fridge etc) is subject to extra charge.
15. Light removal in the boot £20 on top of the fare.
16. Full removal includes putting middle seats down or not £40 on top of the fare.
